<p class="FreeForm">What &ldquo;Special Care From the Heart&rdquo; means to me is going the extra mile for clients and patients.&nbsp; It means helping the elderly clients to their car with their pet, food or anything they can&rsquo;t carry.&nbsp; Writing out medication schedules for clients.&nbsp; Call the referring veterinarians for them just to make their visit easier.&nbsp; For our patients it means making them feel loved and comfortable during their stay.&nbsp; Treating them like they are your own pet.&nbsp; It means acknowledging the clients and patients names.&nbsp; Treating them how you would like to be treated.</p><br />- <b>Deseri Mahdii</b>
