William FitzPatrick, DVM, MS, Diplomate ACVIM (Specialty of Oncology) completed a bachelors degree with a double major in biology and Spanish from the University of New Mexico in 1993. From there he went on to complete a masters program in toxicology from the University of New Mexico College of Pharmacy in 1995. Bill received his DVM degree from Colorado State University in 1999 and went on to complete a one year matched internship in Connecticut at New Haven Central Veterinary Hospital. After being in private practice for 5 years Dr. FitzPatrick decided to pursue his long-time goal of becoming an oncologist. He completed a 3-year oncology residency program in 2009 from Michigan State University. Bill cared for cancer patients and their families as a board certified oncologists in the Boston area before joining the team at California Veterinary Specialists, Angel Care Cancer Center. Bill&rsquo;s family includes his wife Jamie, son Nick, daughter Caitlin and Cali (dog). Dr. Sueda is a board certified internist with seven years of experience. He has special interests in gastroenterology and respiratory disease, with training in abdominal ultrasonography and interpretation. Born and raised in Hawaii, Dr. Sueda obtained his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 1995 from Colorado State University, graduating with honors. He completed his small animal medicine and surgical internship at Santa Cruz Veterinary Hospital in California in 1996 and then went on to a residency program at the Animal Medical Center (AMC) in New York City. After completing his specialty training in small animal internal medicine in 1998, he remained on staff at the AMC until moving to Colorado in 2000. He was the staff internist at the Veterinary Specialists of Northern Colorado in Loveland, Colorado prior to moving to San Diego.<br />- <b>Michael Sueda, DVM</b>

<p style="padding: 0px; margin: 0px;">Dr. Christian Osmond is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin&rsquo;s School of Veterinary Medicine. After he earned his doctorate degree in veterinary medicine, he completed an internship in medicine and surgery at the Veterinary Medical and Surgical Group in Ventura, California. Dr. Osmond then completed his 3 year residency in small animal surgery at North Carolina State University.</p> <p style="padding: 0px; margin: 0px;">&nbsp;</p> <p style="padding: 0px; margin: 0px;">He has broad clinical interests including both soft tissue, orthopedic, and neurosurgery. He spent one year at the Comparative Orthopedic Research Laboratory at the University of Wisconsin, Madison, where he worked on several projects including shoulder and knee surgery as it relates to developing treatments for arthritis. Additionally, he has a strong interest in oncology (cancer) surgery, as well as minimally invasive surgery and pain management.</p> <p style="padding: 0px; margin: 0px;">&nbsp;</p> <p style="padding: 0px; margin: 0px;">When away from work, Dr. Osmond enjoys spending time with his wife, Linda and his pets: Taz, Spot, and Piper. Dr. Concannon oversees emergency and critical care services at CVS' San Marcos facility. He has practiced exclusively as an emergency/critical care clinician since 1989. Prior to becoming a partner in CVS, Dr. Concannon was a founder and co-owner of Escondido Veterinary Urgent Care in Escondido, California from 1996-2000.&nbsp;<br style="padding: 0px; margin: 0px;" /><br style="padding: 0px; margin: 0px;" />Dr. Concannon earned his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Minnesota and also holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from San Diego State University.<br />- <b>Timothy Concannon, DVM</b>

<span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; padding: 0px; margin: 0px;">Dr. Ogilvie, who leads CVS oncology services, is considered one of profession's leading experts on veterinarian care and research.&nbsp;<br style="padding: 0px; margin: 0px;" /><br style="padding: 0px; margin: 0px;" />Prior to joining CVS, Dr. Ogilvie worked to develop new, innovative cancer therapies at the prestigious French medical school, Universit&eacute; Fran&ccedil;ois Rabelais in Tours. His time in France was preceded by a 16-year tenure as professor, internist, head of medical oncology and director of the medical oncology research laboratory at Colorado State University.&nbsp;<br style="padding: 0px; margin: 0px;" /><br style="padding: 0px; margin: 0px;" />In addition to authoring two books, Dr. Ogilvie has been a past winner of the annual Veterinarian of the Year award from both the American Veterinarian Medical Association and the American Animal Hospital Association. He has been awarded $5 million in research grants in the last five years, as well as the first nationally and internationally patented nutritional formula that can be used to control cancer and enhance quality of life.&nbsp;<br style="padding: 0px; margin: 0px;" /><br style="padding: 0px; margin: 0px;" />Dr. Ogilvie received his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Colorado State University and completed a residency at Tufts University's Angell Memorial Animal Hospital. <p style="padding: 0px; margin: 0px;">Dr.&nbsp;Fang&nbsp;is a staff emergency room clinician and critical care doctor at California Veterinary Specialists' Murrieta facility.&nbsp;Born in Taiwan and raised in Southern California, he earned his Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from the University of California, Davis in 2009 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine. After completing an internship in Small Animal Medicine and Surgery at CVS, he welcomed the opportunity to remain with CVS' emergency service.</p> <p style="padding: 0px; margin: 0px;">&nbsp;</p> <p style="padding: 0px; margin: 0px;">His areas of interest include pain management, emergency surgery, and critical care internal medicine cases.
